Pros
- Values ideas, strong work ethic, authenticity, and passion - Completely merit based, very flat hierarchy where only the best ideas and work matters - Leadership team is international and org is expanding fast
Cons
- A downside for some could be that this is not a MNC - which means cannot simply clock in/clock out, collect paycheck, and recycle; - Learn by doing - don't expect things to spoon fed to you, must troubleshoot yourself first before manager comes in (being curious helps!)
