Not sure how they are still in business - Anonymous employee Microvision Employee Review

Leaders seem to lack clarity of vision or the skills to actually be successful. They've been in business for years but have yet to actually make a sale. Executive team does not embody the culture of the company - they lead through intimidation and fear.
