Steady flow of work. Pretty decent benefits. Good pay. Good employees. Family oriented and laid back attire at office.

Some jobs seem to be under staffed. Can be long hours, weekends ,holidays. Don't pay (food) per diem when traveling

They were very concerned with their quality. They would put in products that were called for and never put in inferior products.

Many long extended hours, but they were usually in the warmer months and are industry shared. More flexibility with family time would have been appreciated.
