Pros

I'll be honest: if you're looking for a job where you can get away with slacking off, this isn't for you. That's no me, so it works out. The managers are very straight forward and willing to help and train you. If you take advantage of the training opportunities, you can gain a lot of experience and grow within the company fast. I've been her 6 months and have been able to work with 3 different clients.

Cons

High exceptions, which makes sense because their clients are major corporations. But it can be a bit frustrating at time.

Pros

High Energy, and I got learn a lot. They even offered me a position after I finish school.

Cons

To be honest, the biggest annoyance is the sulfur water that the complex waters the outside. Sometimes people forget to wipe their feet and it carrys throughout the office.

Pros

Like anyone, I enjoyed the opportunity to have a career options catered to me. The pay wasn't bad if I could've worked about 11 hours less a week. I thought sales and marketing was a feasible transition for me. I was excited about growing marketing programs. Definitely public/direct programs being that I hadn't experience that side of marketing before. Never understood the reasoning for huge corporation in the likes of verizon, at&t, charities and etc needing the help of marketing companies to help them meet there demands and quotas. With that being said, it wasn't for me, the time comment and mental hurdles of being responsible for others. Not something im passionate about.

Cons

Management puts way to much pressure on the team leads to deliver and for some people it becomes draining.
