Cons

-Work 6 days a week with potential 10-12 hour shifts -depending on how skilled you are as an individual the money you make may not match the amount of time you put in working.

Pros

Like anyone, I enjoyed the opportunity to have a career options catered to me. The pay wasn't bad if I could've worked about 11 hours less a week. I thought sales and marketing was a feasible transition for me. I was excited about growing marketing programs. Definitely public/direct programs being that I hadn't experience that side of marketing before. Never understood the reasoning for huge corporation in the likes of verizon, at&t, charities and etc needing the help of marketing companies to help them meet there demands and quotas. With that being said, it wasn't for me, the time comment and mental hurdles of being responsible for others. Not something im passionate about.

Cons

Management puts way to much pressure on the team leads to deliver and for some people it becomes draining.
