Residents on the properties are nice, good bonuses and work hours.
Cons
No diversity,no person of color working for them, the one they finally had the Regional pushed out quickly with her micromanaging and attempts to belittle work and experience through email. No room for growth, if your not part of the club and act as a yes man you get nowhere.
