Poor communication/false advertising - Server Mid Pacific Country Club Employee Review

Micro-managers who don’t communicate efficiently or effectively and spend much of their time spreading gossip. It didn’t affect me directly but it was sad to watch. They also lie about promotions, they make promises but fail to keep their word. Cannot trust management at this company.
