You have a say in what types of clients you would like to work with. Great Supervisor! Freedom (to try out different types of therapies) and flexibility (you choose the time that you are in the office)! A friendly environment with little drama.

They are not licensed to work with you after you graduate (insurance problems).

People are fairly nice for the most part. It is a very clique-y environment which is nice because you know who has your back, but until you've found "your people," it can be a challenge fitting in. Management is responsive and listens to employee concerns. Prompt in responses.

Management is great most of the time, but often will come across as condescending. The medical benefits are appalling, especially as a community health center. Dental and vision are just ok. Pay is disgustingly low. Some of the clique-y people are rude.
