      Pros

      Fast paced, Fun. Team oriented. Made lots of lifetime friends. Worked for a Franchisee as his Operations manager of 11 stores.

      Cons

      Long hours, 6 days a week from can to cannot. Our Franchise owner did actually care about his employees, but was extremely demanding. Owner did not like to re-invest in equipment or training.
