Management is always quick to point fingers, and will charge you for anything and everything they can. If you do a trans flush to a vehicle having shifting problems, and the transmission goes out 2 weeks down the road, YOU the technician are stuck paying for it. To top it off, you couldn't say no to the work, even if you were uncomfortable with it. Poor vacation and sick time policies, you can only start getting vacation after a year of employment, and it takes another year to generate a week.
