Pros
Midas was one of my favorite places to work. The camaraderie between employees was great. I had good hours as well. The people I worked with became fast friends that I still have to this day.
Cons
The pay scale was pretty meager here at Midas and the benefits were pretty bad too. And many times the expected rate of sales was not met because they were set relatively high for such a poor area that the shop was located.
