      Pros

      The people I worked with directly I enjoyed being around. Occasionally the big boss would come by and see how things were going. He seemed friendly.

      Cons

      The upper management doesn't seem to care about the people who do the actual work in the company... the mechanics. Pay was not competitive, the hours were long and we worked 6 days a week. It got old quick.

      Great learning experience, Commission possible, Bereavement and accruing Vacation/Sick time by days per year worked for Sick time/Years worked for Vacation

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
