Pros

Good shifts. Most major holidays off. I enjoy working with my supervisor and their director. Free internet.

Cons

Everyone above the director position seems to be Losing the heartbeat of what's going on in the world. We're discouraged from asking about cost of living wage increases. I asked in the past and was told to use a financial consultant benefit (lux) which was an insult although they likely didn't realize this. Employee surveys were switched to bi-annual which is a terrible idea. Total compensation is becoming significantly less competitive. We have some employees who drive Ashton Martins to work and others who are worried about how we stay afloat and debt free in this economy. Midco upper management appears none deaf or apathetic to this concern. The company is investing in AI which is disconcerting as someone who would likely lose their job. Sales tools are so antiquated and no end in sight of a viable sales tool (despite over a decade of asking for one). Career progression is stagnant. The only progression offered is a higher sales goal. Sales is a dead end if you have higher aspirations. Quality of life for front end employees has gone downhill since Ben Dold took over. Pat cared about the front line. Ben hardly acknowledges the work we do to keep the lights on.
