Pros
Lots of training, they send all employees to 1-3 certification programs every year, they run at least 1-2 training programs every month , salary is decent and paid on time , all incentives are cleared on time , 4 of the festivals are celebrated, they also give leave for all major festivals , Fun Fridays add a lot of fun to the working environment , They believe in positive reinforcement so lots of recognition - Monthly awards , weekly appreciation, celebration of bdays , joining days etc.... The supervisors ( Bosses) are pleasant and are not arrogant , people leave office on time , quarterly appraisals are very fair on the whole , they give stretch assignments based on interest, gender diversity is great half men and half women.....
Cons
smaller company just 50 full time people , so growth beyond a certain extent is difficult , working on two saturdays ( 1, 3 )
