Full of technical know-how, excellent established customer base, CEO is a decent well educated and experienced guy and have good initiatives generally BUT not so decisive and firm.

Lots of politics, losers stay if connected to upper management!
Helping nature in Employees and Bosses. As most of the employees are expatriates every one help each other. Management and Owners of the company take care of employees like their family members.
