Relieved to be gone - Anonymous employee Middlesex Glass Employee Review

Culture is terrible (people get along, but aside from that the company does next to nothing to build a positive culture). Lack of organization and communication aside from a few departments, lack of transparency from CEO. Completely stuck in the way they've "always done things". Pay is great but really not worth it.
