No training for new employees. Expect to be doing the job on day one or be shown work by someone who also just started. High Staff turnover has resulted in no real subject experts. Lack of opportunities due to poor hiring practices (openings not communicated internally) and planning. Management ignores any training on new systems and blames the staff if they can't understand. Management communication is extremely poor, impulsive and they are impatient. Poor systems and lots of headquarter politics and interference. Pay is below market.
