Pros

Genuinely very appreciative patients! We, the NPs are really helping women.

Cons

Joke of a salary with bonuses based on how fast and how many patients you can see. Typical Silicon Valley business backed by the very wealthy in it for investor affluence at the expense of their NPs. You can feel the “sales” push for supplements etc. They lie about being the ONLY telehealth women’s midlife care and they disparage the thousands of providers that have been doing this for much longer. Founder recently told all NPs to “book 10 follow up visits if you need to” because they just made all follow ups 15 min. Can you imagine what that will cost a patient? Greedy, fake C-Suite taking advantage of the excellence in care of their NPs. The vast majority of the US could care less about the “Rich and Famous” you cater to in order to get them to “praise” Midi.

Pros

Remote work, great benefits and flexible schedule

Cons

Not everyone is happy with changes, seems like there is high turnover with providers, which can feel unsettling

Pros

Remote work is a great perk. The people are generally kind and helpful.

Cons

The culture needs significant improvement. I'm not sure the People & Culture function has a meaningful role beyond recruiting. Outside of clinician retention efforts, I'm unaware of any strategic initiatives focused on improving the employee experience. That absence feels unusual and concerning.
