Pros

WFH, Women’s health, weekly education, 3 weeks PTO plus 11-12 paid holidays.

Cons

Company squeezes too many patient visits. Back to back all day 20 min appointments, can have up to 12 new patients in one 8 hour shift. No company match and no eye insurance. Rules and expectations change rapidly. What you interview for likely will change by the time you start.

Pros

Remote work, great benefits and flexible schedule

Cons

Not everyone is happy with changes, seems like there is high turnover with providers, which can feel unsettling

Pros

Genuinely very appreciative patients! We, the NPs are really helping women.

Cons

Joke of a salary with bonuses based on how fast and how many patients you can see. Typical Silicon Valley business backed by the very wealthy in it for investor affluence at the expense of their NPs. You can feel the “sales” push for supplements etc. They lie about being the ONLY telehealth women’s midlife care and they disparage the thousands of providers that have been doing this for much longer. Founder recently told all NPs to “book 10 follow up visits if you need to” because they just made all follow ups 15 min. Can you imagine what that will cost a patient? Greedy, fake C-Suite taking advantage of the excellence in care of their NPs. The vast majority of the US could care less about the “Rich and Famous” you cater to in order to get them to “praise” Midi.
