Excellent support provided at the home by the operations team. Always happy to listen and be open to suggestions. The team provide beautiful person centred care and are passionate to deliver going the extra mile at all times. Longlea are a close family, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Lots of laughter can be heard around the building with residents. Beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens, quite location and new refurbishment ongoing in the building.
