It's privately owned. Midland has a family culture - people care about one another. You get to wear a lot of hats so get to do new things. Food is Midland's love language. There's a really strong focus on us having a balanced work/home life.

We hustle. Lunch options near the office are a little limited.

Everyone that works there is friendly and there is a good atmosphere, pretty laid back.

This company is very stunk in the past in terms of innovation and technology. Back in the 80s and 90s they were well known for their CB radios. They never really upgraded from their design and tech from that time. The ownership and higher ups are very stuck in there old ways and they never listen to younger employees ideas for innovation. There is a high turn over of lower level employees and are not opposed to a downsizing when needed. Also the salary is on the lowest part of the spectrum.
