-Small business atmosphere that allows more mentor experiences for growth within your role and the industry -Collaborative environment in all departments with great people that want you to succeed and will help each other succeed -Fast-paced and busy but they do believe in work/life balance and offer a lot of PTO -Believe in personal and professional development and will make that happen for you - In an industry that is ever-evolving and along with that, the business is expected to grow and create more opportunities -I feel valued and seen and that my work matters -Client base is great to work with and I can genuinely build relationships with them -One of the best places I have worked at in my career overall

-It is a lot of work and not for the faint of heart, but it's a great place to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and grow both personally and professionally. -There are some growing pains happening within processes and communication, but it's evolving and continuing to get better. I have seen huge growth with this since i've started.

Benefits are excellent for a small company. Feels like family at first. Regular lunches.

When you are asked a question it isn't to gain knowledge, it is to see if YOU have the answer. So why ask? Very uncomfortable. Top boss was very standoffish. Didn't communicate with team, unless there was a problem.
