Pros

didnt noticed at least 1 pro.

Cons

The idiot manager came in the meeting room vaping and showing off that he is very important, when he asked about salary, he didnt even mentioned any number, just the fact that it is negotiable and maybe, they will throw a bonus if im doing a good job. the office is located in the worst building and worst place from the city. all walls are painted black, no remote work available (have to come to the office from one side of the city to another) lacks profesionalism has no clue how to conduct an interview, asking random and idiotic questions wasted my time on the worst IT company from Moldova

Pros

Good for people who are new to IT, students, or anyone with no previous gamedev experience

Cons

1.Most of the games are basically scam products. This hurts the reputation of the entire gaming industry in Moldova. 2.Poor structure and chaotic workflows often result in employees doing the work of multiple people and constantly being overworked. 3.The company tried to introduce guidelines and documentation, but because of how things are managed, those guides became meaningless and were mostly there for show. 4.One person can be responsible for an entire production pipeline. There are often no proper leads or mentors for specific disciplines, which means very limited professional growth. 5.Even when a team has a lead, their expertise can be questionable. 6.Because of that, feedback quality is poor. Your work is often approved or rejected based on personal preferences rather than objective standards. It feels more like dealing with a client than being part of a professional team. 7.Your skills can become non-competitive on the job market. If you don't study on your own and actively look for better opportunities, you may end up with "3 years of developer experience" that isn't valued elsewhere. 8.Burnout is common because of constant pressure and deadlines. 9.Speed is valued much more than quality. 10.People can be fired without warning, sometimes literally overnight. In many cases you won't even know the real reason. 11.Salaries are around 30% to 60% below market rates. 12.The office culture is toxic. There is no real sense of equality. Internal politics, power struggles, competition for money, influence, and performance metrics are common. That being said, nobody is forcing anyone to stay. You can leave whenever you want. Whether you stay or not is your choice. People who value their time, growth, and professional development have either already left or are actively looking for a way out.
