Pros
Awesome team full of ambitious self-starters. Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and muck in for customers and other team members. CEO has a compelling strategic vision and the team can see a clear connection between effort (what they do) and output (results).
Cons
Lot's of conflicting priorities- there are a million directions that we could take the business (which is a nice problem to have). Focus is always a key challenge but one that is being managed well in my view.
