Highly qualified and motivated teachers. Resources plentiful. Top quality facilities across most of the district. Staffs seem cohesive at each campus.
Cons
Low pay. Unrealistic job load for teachers and para-professionals. Inane policies - retake tests for better grades, work can be turned in weeks late, IPad for every student - do not prep students for the workforce or college.
