Pros

Salary was nice if you negotiate during the ever quick interview. But they have to pay well due to the work atmosphere

Cons

Beware the owner is a tyrant and his CFO is just as bad. I’ve never been yelled at, belittled and made to feel like dirt everyday before until I worked for Jeff at MIMI. Turn over is horrible, people fired just because the owner or his CFO is having a bad day. The owners Dog has bitten so many employees and the mail man. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The mail man won’t even come in the door anymore. Be prepared to be over worked, underpaid and treated poorly.

Pros

The company gives you the experience to excel in the industry, you learn a lot of things that put you ahead of others at different companies. Hybrid work. The office is near the mall, Marta and restaurants so easy to get around. Management is very flexible and tries to cater towards making it easy for the adjusters here.

Cons

The learning curve is difficult the first 3-6 months due to the insurance involving Tractor-Trailers. It was for me coming from Personal Auto

Pros

There is not pros working at a company like this

Cons

My experience working here was very negative because of the behavior and management style of the owner, Jeff Washburn. He openly displays strong political beliefs in the office, including wearing Trump shirts and keeping a large picture of Donald Trump in his office, which creates an uncomfortable and divisive atmosphere. Communication from management was often aggressive and disrespectful. On one occasion, Jeff Washburn yelled at me, put his hand in my face, and repeatedly closed the door in my face during a conversation — an extremely unprofessional and intimidating situation. The company also misleads applicants about its “hybrid” work policy. You are told the role is hybrid, but you don’t receive any remote days until after 90 days, and even then, the requirement is pushed back to 120 days or more. Overall, this organization lacks professionalism, transparency, and respect for employees. I would not recommend it as a healthy or honest workplace.
