Not well put together - Mechanic Midwest City Auto Employee Review

Owner doesn't invest time into business. We'll let's say the right time into the business. Doesn't keep promises when being hired. Not a clear objective. Messy shop. Doesn't maintain proper oil storage and safety equipment. Owner asks for help and when offered help he says no and acts offended. Too many comebacks. Need to know spanish. Not clear communication. No structure to business model its an I don't care get what ever doesn't look at the long term picture of what needs to be done. Definitely not organized on the fedex side.
