The politics quite worst even the employer not so many especially on communications. The "senior" expected you to communicate while themself dont want to communicate when they have issues.

Able to learn many different technical and soft skills during employment. Current staff are very friendly and willing to help which includes from the founder to employee. Salary on time and very generous founder who belanja makan and drinks for all employees. Plus they have very cute dogs at the factory that help with stress relief.

Sometimes long working hours if project deadline is short that can be tiring. Sometimes not much work to do because of lack of project due to the company being a startup.
