Pros
Fellow employees are nice for the most part, fun atmosphere with them
Cons
Pay is terrible, owners have no time or concern for the lower level employees. All they are worried about is how to make the most money, I understand everyone wants that, but at what point did you turn from a family run company to a money hungry corporation? It's sad because you hear stories about how great it used to be when the owners still cared.
