Great working Environment to work in, awesome people, you can get to know your employees very well. A lot of structure and good check on whether we are doing things right. High morale
Cons
Long Hours and shift work so vacation cant be taken at any time if you wanted. Uncertainty of future prospects or schedule so hard to plan things, lots of moving around which can get tiring as well.
