Pros
Overtime hours, jobs not too hard, cheap tickets to local events
Cons
They train you for a week and certify you on tugger and forklift, leading you to believe that will be your job. It is not, there is no rhyme or reason on how they pick your job. 1st day at my building, was asked who wanted to drive forktruck and I said me. I was not picked 2 weeks later another lady joined us driving fork truck and asked her about her experience and she had none. No respect for employees: HR and team leaders permit co workers to yell at each other. No respect for w.ployees time: 1st shift is short staffed (bad management) so 2nd shift has to work extra and stay late. If 1 line is not done, everyone has to stay and look busy for 3 hours plus. Trainers on the floor are not adequate. 1 Trainer would yell at their Trainee in front of other employees and management did nothing, neither did HR. Another trainer ( a 19 year old racist girl) would talk about people training on her line about each mistake and didn't know a lot of the things from the training paper. 3rd trainer knew his stuff well, but loved to be highly inappropriate..yelling at coworkers I have a boyfriend...twisting his nipples...grabbing him...to be funny. They allow transgender people ..Male to Female to change in the Ladies lockeroom, even after religious requests for privacy from the Ladies. Trainer and manager are friends, attending concerts outside of work together creating a click environment...their friends can do anything. The Lady Manager..B, thinks it's appropriate to call her team "family" and this guy is my pretend ex husband and this employee is my pretend son. Very toxic. Human Resources doesn't care about employees or issues, they sweep it under the rug and don't take things serious. It is a warehouse but that doesn't mean you deserve to be disrespected at work.
