      Pros

      This was my first job out of college, I enjoy the culture, good people, competitive pay. I have been employed through the ownership change, it has been great to work so closely with the owners of the company. I feel valued by management.

      Cons

      The workload can be a bit much-my co-workers and management always ask to help and alleviate the workload.
