Pros
The best part about working here was working outside doing easy labor. Driving in rural Minnesota is always nice. Plenty of time to talk to people. Weekends off.
Cons
Very long drives. Expected to complete 10-12 invoices a day but it takes 1-2 hours to get to the first location and then 15-60 minutes to complete the job. Then you have to drive to the next location which if you are unfamiliar with the location it could take 30 minutes to find the next place with a gps. The only breaks you get are driving between houses. Generally spent 12-14 hours a day 5 days a week working
