I actually look forward to going to work every day. Great team drive from production to maintenance, everybody helps each other out. Management respects you as a person and values your input. Coworkers help out even when it is clearly not their responsibility. Nobody says "That's not my job", everybody contributes to a safe and productive work place. The people there are are very pleasant and positive. Management gives you the tools and support to complete your work.
