Great job security with great earning potential

Semi-dated technology and lack of proper marketing

As an internal employee, my experience was phenomenal - in regards to how I was treated. They really care for their employees.

The training wasn't great as they were transitioning to a new system. Majority of the company were still on the old system however I was told to utilize the new one. So when I needed assistance, I was only able to go to 2 other staff(outside of my office) for help. This wasn't helpful as one of them had kids so they always have to leave early and the other one was only working half days so I was basically left alone to learn the system. Do through that I felt as though I was staring at screen trying to navigate the system which wasted a lot of time.
