      Shameful disconnect between management and those working in the field. IT is outdated and performance concepts keep changing. Upper management circles the wagons in denial of what it is like to work in the field. Outrageous cost for benefits.

      This job lead me to a job I actually enjoy.

      Cons

      The upper management only cares for themselves. They will hold lower level employees to specific rules but then don't follow them theirselves. The corporate office is basically high-school drama all over again. Remind you that 90% of the people who work in the corporate office are 50+ yet Act like 18 year olds with entitlement issues.
