      Pros

      Nice office environment with a great product portfolio, Supported staff through covid with vouchers for food shopping and free lunches.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between the offices, ran very much like silos. Bracknell office distinctly lacks an atmosphere. Staff are generally overworked with little recognition of their contribution. If your face doesn't fit, you'll be unceremoniously shown the famous back door. HR is wild... Senior Management still very out of touch with the modern working world. Hugh pressure environment, but used as an excuse for basically bullying.

      Some of the staff are nice Location

      Systems are unfit for purpose Targets unachievable Targets increased in the same month! Senior management are basic bullies, earning massive wages with terrible attitudes and no clue! Very much a face fits culture!! Most staff are nepo babies, married or related to some how, if you aren’t you won’t get anywhere but will burn out trying. Absolutely zero understanding or adaptions for anyone neuro diverse, Disgusting place to work
