Toxic culture, bad work environment. Rude aggressive angry management who will blame other people for their failures. Managers shouting at staff on a regular basis. Management bullying, harassing and nit picking at staff to make themselves feel like a big person. Unsafe working environment, no safety standards in place, no policies or procedures in place. No HR or return to work person. Bullying & harassment is rife. The people who work hard are expected to do more work than people who are lazy. Management will not get rid of their friends even though they don't work hard. Management who have no clue what they are doing. When you have completed a task they will ask why you didn't do something when there is no process in place. Management expect you to read their minds.

Abusive, highly stressful, over worked and under paid. often asked to unsafe tasks, illegal practises
