We have noted the concerns about career advancement and managerial opportunities. To address this, we have implemented our Career Ladder Framework, which is designed to provide a clearer path for growth within current roles and the organisation. This tool is utilised during our Performance and Development Dialogs to support and guide career progression.
Regarding the company's financial decisions and the impact of layoffs, we understand that these situations are challenging. Our goal is to make decisions that balance the company's long-term health with the well-being of our employees. We are committed to improving our communication and support processes during these transitions to better respect and support those affected.
We recognize the importance of effective leadership and the need for strong management practices. We are actively working to enhance our leadership approach and ensure that feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
On the matter of diversity and inclusion, we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement. However, it is important to note that we are home to over 300 employees from more than 35 different nationalities across our offices.
For concerns related to overtime and compensation, we apologise if there have been issues in this regard and encourage you to discuss any specific concerns with your Manager or the People & Culture team.
