Corporate office cares about their employees despite tenure with company.

The company is growing very fast; working at Mike Mariola restaurants can be pretty hectic at times, but it's great for building up your multitasking and time management skills.

Free lunches on Fridays and you can wear blue jeans on Fridays.

Insurance is okay but has a high deductible 4 paid days off first 6 months and 10 after a year. This is not great considering that you don't get any paid holidays even at the corporate office. So, if you have 10 days of paid time off and you take off on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanks giving and Christmas that leaves you with only 4 true vacation days.
