Pros
Nothing but great things I can say about this place, I started working for MMW when I was 16 still in high school and have been there ever since. I started out as a helper doing all the grunt work such as; cleaning machines, sweeping the floor, running errands etc. and quickly graduated into learning how to weld more proficiently than I already could. I kept my nose clean and my head down and strived to make each weld or part I was fabricating better than the last which lead me to where I am now 6 years later at age 22. I can run every machine we have including our CNC Plasma Beam Line, CNC Press Break and everything else in our shop. Mike and Jackie have great visions for this company and they both want everyone to be successful and strive to be better each day. They'll work with your personal life issues that may or may not come up & treat you fairly like a member of their family as long as you work hard. Don't be afraid to ask for help and ask any of the guys for help on something you may not know. My favorite things about the company are as follows:

Cons
Not much to complain about at all in my opinion. Mike and Jackie have a greatly laid out company. My only complaints would be:
