Cross Discipline Teams work well together. Coworkers respect and support all people. Some Managers are great to work with.

Compensation is way behind. Recent comments say 30-40% pay bumps to similar positions in the Denver metro area. So turnover has been really disruptive. Big layoff Jan 2025 but no more structured reductions since then.
