      Good co workers. Individual freedom is respected(ideas, growth attitude)

      Cons

      Traditional Japanese company, so rigid heirarchy and old thinking. Business not that good. Low salary and slow growth.

      Predictable, easy job, good benefits

      Cons

      Not the best work-life culture (in fairness I hear is typical of Japanese companies), it is in a dying industry
