      My experience working as a RN at Milan Laser has been great! I feel like I have a much better work/life balance than I ever have at any other job. Although the clinic that I work with has faced a lot of obstacles, like running without a clinic manager, my Regional Sales Manager, Lindsey Knapp, has been so helpful and accommodating to make sure all the nurses at my clinic feel supported. Lindsey is an amazing a respectable RSM, while also making me feel comfortable enough to come to her with any questions or concerns that I have. She is the type of leader everyone should strive to be.

      Cons

      Since I was hired, the clinic I am working at has operated without a clinic manager, so I do feel like the nurses have had to take on a lot of other roles and responsibilities. I do appreciate that our regional sales manager, Lindsey, has been very selective who she has decided to hire into our clinic, as she wants to make sure she is finding the right fit so that the other members of our team feel supported in a proper way. In the meantime of operating without a manager, Lindsey as well as other managers in the nearby area have opened their arms to support us and help in any way they are able to!

      Supportive company, great commission opportunities, work-life balance. I have genuinely enjoyed my experience working at Milan Laser Hair Removal.
