-Nepotism run all throughout the whole company -Managers don't understand what employees do, and they will ignore a good employee to play favorites -Pay is below industry standard and job titles do not accurately represent position responsibilities -They will take advantage of a good employees willingness to work hard by piling on extra responsibility with no additional compensation/incentive.
