- art seniors are generally negatively critisizing the work and not giving constructive feedback - seniority is arranged depending on the closeness and communication with founders rather than hard skills. - it is very hard to promote if you don't have a friend within the company or work for over 5 years. - the company is most of the time overpopulated according to the budget they have. - there is not a motivating bonus/incentive for hardworking people. - there is not a clear vision. the business plan and product niche they focus is always changing. - there is no one with a deep knowledge and experience. so, anyone stating their idea is regarded according to the confidence they put while stating the ideas. - sprints and deadlines are not arranged good enough. sometimes people are too busy sometimes they have nothing to do. - there is not an actual culture here. sometimes hr acts as if a corporate company sometimes acts as a startup depending on the management's incentive. - personal development for an average person is not possible since they do not spend time on it.
