This is one of the very best companies I have ever had the honor to work for. I don't know why former employees have to write false negative reviews!!! I have been in real estate for over 18 years I can assure you that the management their care about people and work overtime to ensure that there real estate needs are met.

None that I can think of.

To start Marilee, Rob and Katie and Chris are great. Former employees that have been let go or don't do there jobs are the ones that write bad reviews. I came in feet wet jumping right in and it was great Katie and Chris are amazing managers and easy going as long as you do your job and actually contact clients. Katie is one of the most polished professionals i have ever met. She will always be one of my favorite bosses. Chris is one of the most professional managers I've met and had enjoyed working with them. Both Chris and Katie are hands on and give great constructive criticism to make you a better CSR. Real Estate is a great work hard win big industry with great people but it takes time and patience to get your big reward.

Mile High Real Estate has no cons but is very educational on real estate and new home sales and is a people person oriented job.
