Strong focus on finances of practice and quality of customer experience, sometimes at expense of positive work environment (resulting in stress for employees).

Management sometimes difficult to work for and communicate with- we felt unheard during monthly team meetings. Continuous staff turnover. My director not well informed about needs of employees. Trouble holding on to employees.

Nothing, nada, the owner has the attitude that it must be his way, even if you do it his way and it turns out poorly you did it wrong...

The owner controls every aspect does not allow or trust his staff to do anything. Take what you think to be a micromanager and multiple by a million. The other reviews corroborate this if you read between the lines.
