Pros
Mile6 is a great company to work for. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects, learning new things each time. There is a lot of opportunity for growth here.
The team here is outstanding. They are truly a great group of people to work with, and have a diverse set of backgrounds and expertise. Everyone here cares about what they do. They care about our clients and the solutions we're providing, and are always striving to produce great work.
I also appreciate that the leadership at Mile6 is always considering ways to improve our processes and looking at how we can innovate. They actively seek out feedback from the entire team and actually listen. The company has hit a couple of road bumps along the way, but the genuine effort to improve is appreciated.
With the talented group of people here, it feels like we're on a path toward bigger and better things, and I'm really looking forward to being a part of that journey.
Cons
Due to the nature of being an agency, there are times when it can feel like you're jumping between projects too much and losing focus. Time and budget limitations on projects can also be a frustration, when you know something could be improved but simply can't because of those limitations.
