Pros
I joined as a fresher with limited knowledge of software development. Now, after the intensive training I have become a good and confident software developer and am working on a client project. They are very focused and helpful and want you to learn and do well.
Cons
As I said, they want everyone to do well. This means effort. So, you should be prepared for it. It is not a job for slacking. You have to put in effort. At times, I was asked to work out the issues on my own. It was frustrating then and I did not like it then, but can understand it now. This is something that i tell my juniors, but they do not agree with me. Something's you can only realise.
